With the many cases of discrimination of particular groups in the community, there has been a need for organizations that intervene to solve such challenges.
With the inclusion of groups that fight for the rights of different people in the society, chances of racial profiling are on a declining trajectory daily. Therefore, there is a need of more of such similar organizations to oversee fairness and equality in our society.
Most of these organizations target their operations to the victims of general discrimination. Some of the agencies are nonprofit based while some are government controlled. However, they all aim at a common cause of reducing and entirely doing away with discrimination globally.

The Lacey and Larkin Frontera Fund is expected to benefit many immigrants by safeguarding and fighting for their rights. The project is an initiative of Jim Larkin and Michael Lacey. The two are journalists who are the co-founders of the Village Voice Media.
The project which aims to support groups that fight for immigrant rights earned over $3.75 million in a court’s decision. Lacey and Larkin Opted to entirely direct this money to benefit the society rather than spend personally on such great earnings over a legal following.
The project is expected to benefit numerous groups which fight for human, migrants and civil rights. The money will be used to fund such organizations to ensure that they continue to their beneficial societal operations more effectively.
Some of the rights that the Lacey and Larking Frontera Fund emphasize on supporting include the civic participation and freedom of speech and expression. Arizona is one of the regions that will significantly benefit from this fund.
However, the Mexican border will also benefit from the capital. With such numerous groups globally, the challenges faced by immigrants can be effectively tackled.
