Boraie Brings Apartment Development Project To Atlantic City

There’s a new development rising in Atlantic City. The 250-unit apartment complex comes from Boraie Devleopment LLC. The project is known as The Beach at South Inlet and will be the first market-rate development, in Atlantic City, in a quarter of a century.

Sam Boraie expects this $81 million development to bring new optimism to the Atlantic City area which is rebounding from a 10-year slide. The Beach at South Inlet is designed with modern resort-like amenities such as a gym, a pool, and a residents lounge. Though over 60% of Atlantic City residents are over the age of 40, the new Boraie development is targeting a younger demographic of renters. For more details visit Crunchbase.
