Dr. Rod Rohrich is considered to be one of the best cosmetic / plastic surgeons in the United States. Rohrich should also plan to be one of the best travelers in America as he will be attending three conferences in the early months of 2018.
The first conference on his itinerary for 2018 is the 52nd Baker Gordon Education Symposium in Miami in from February from the 8th to the 10th. This symposium started in 1967 by Thomas Baker to have the best cosmetic surgeons show off their innovative surgeries to other surgeons. This symposium has now been done for over 5 decade and is considered to be the largest live surgery symposium in the country. Dr,. Rohrich is part of the esteemed faculty for this conference and acts as a moderator as well. For this symposium, he will be hosting the Pragmatic Solutions in Lower Lid Blepharoplasty – Lectures with Video Demonstrations panel and the the Elegant Outcomes in Body Contour Surgery panel. He will be part of the some of the panerls as well and will give a lecture that is called Techniques to Preserve the Dorsal Aesthetic Lines in Primary Rhinoplasty. He will part of one of the live surgey program and will be performing a primary open rthinoplasty.
A couple of weeks later, Dr. Rod Rohrich will be going to the 21st Annual Global Dallas Cosmetic Surgery and Medicine Meeting in Dallas, Texas from February 28th to March 1st. Thh primary purposr of this symposium is show off the latest innovations in cosmetic surgery such as IPL, lasers, vaginal rejuvenation, noninvasive liposuction, dermal fillers and advances in skin care. The plastic surgeon could also learn how to improve his practice by learning about ethical social marketing and patient safety. What makes this symposium different from other conferences is that the surgeon will get to use the new techniques on a cadaver that comes from a fresh cadaver lab.
The next symposium on Dr. Rohrich’s itinerary is 35th Annual Dallash Rhinoplasty Meeting on March 2nd and 3rd. This Dallas meeting is meant for the leaders in the rhinoplasty field. These leaders will learn about all aspects of what is happening in the field that they lead. They will hear lectures about how to examine the nose, nasal anatomy, diagnosing possible rhinoplasty problems and the different operations for diverse rhinoplasty deformities,. Dr. Rohrich will do lectures and panels at this meeting as well as the first Dallas meeting.
Dr. Rod Rohrich should be a welcome addition at all these symposium. He is board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery. He has earned many chairs such as the Crystal Charity Ball Distinguished Chair in Plastic Surgery from 1993 to 2014 and the Betty Warren Woodward Chair in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery from 1999 to 2014. He runs a clinical practice at the University Hospitals/UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas.
