José Auriemo Neto: History Of JHSF Participações

The nation of Brazil is home to an incredibly diverse array of industries and people. They are considered the leader of the South American nations in terms of development and are often times seen as the most modernized nation on the continent. This is thanks in part due to the actions that have been taken by the members of the nation in their quest to develop the country. One such member of the nation is José Auriemo Neto. He was educated in college at the University in São Paulo and at the age of 27 was able to take the role as a leader for the real estate development company JHSF Participações.

JHSF Participações was originally founded in 1972 as a simple construction company. However, the vision that was shared by the two brothers who helped to found the company was able to propel the corporation forward to become a real estate development company. Over time they were able to increase their holdings and assets and by the time that José Auriemo Neto was able to take the role as a leader for the company it was already fairly large.

However, as soon as José Auriemo Neto was able to take his position as the leader of the corporation he quickly made several changes that turned out to be in favor of the corporation’s growth. First, he put the company in the position of providing access to high-end luxury markets. He made key partnerships that allowed him to build retail outlets for high-end luxury goods. Only a couple of years after this he was able to gain favor and initiate the company’s first initial public offering. Since then the company has been able to be traded publicly on the stock market, and this is allowed the company greater access to capital in order to further their investments.
